                                                                                The EiceDRI ER offers stable operation in harsh

                                                                                IGBTs with its integrated 2-A output stage. Collec-

                                                                                and active Miller clamp features complete the
                                                                                layout of this IGBT driver IC family.
                                                                                  Infi neon’s 2ED020I12FA E ALKIT, shown
                                                                                in Figure 2, is an evaluation board for the
                                                                                2ED020I12FA dual-channel isolated IGBT driver for
                                                                                600-  1,200-  IGBTs. The board allows designers
                                                                                to accelerate the development phase of critical
                                                                                automotive projects, evaluating the functionalities
                                                                                offered by the EiceDRI ER device family.
